These are positively the best
yoga tapes I’ve seen. The asana demonstrations, which are shown
from many angles by both male and female demonstrators, give students
a full grasp of the correct alignments of the postures. I wish
I had these while I was going through my yoga teacher training. Truly
educational!

This is very pleasant production. From time to time we organise Buddhist pilgrimage tours in India/Nepal for our members. For those who never been there before this DVD is very nice basic introduction.
